Loftus Rovers AGM

We are bound by our constitution to hold an AGM at the end of each season and yet again the constraints of the health guidelines prevent this occurring face to face. As the final weekend of football is the first weekend of the school holidays we felt we had to wait until after the holidays to hold this major event on our calendar.  Hence we have decided to hold our AGM via Zoom on Monday 19th October at 7PM. A Zoom invite will be sent to all members prior to the event. It is important that none of our members are disenfranchised from attending the AGM if they wish to do so. Should anyone not be able to attend the meeting via Zoom but wishes to attend the AGM, please inform the Secretary Barbra Sharp.  We will make arrangements to facilitate a limited number of face to face participants.
Office Bearers for 2021 Season
At the AGM all positions will be declared vacant and an election will be held to fill any position that is contested. The committee positions are as follows:
