Insurance
Part of your registration is a payment towards insurance for medical costs and loss of income if you are injured participating in officially organised games, official practice and training sessions, and official functions.
This Football Federation Australia Insurance Program is offered by FNSW as part of registration costs. For full details, including policy documents, please see the FFA Insurance Program webpage, claim forms may also be downloaded from this link. The claim can then be submitted via https://www.ssfaservices.com.au/
The level of cover is limited, and varies depending upon the circumstances of the player, so it is important that you check the details as listed in the link above.
Injuries
If you are injured during a game please ensure that an Sutherland Shire Football Association Accident Report Form is completed as soon as possible.
These forms are available either through the Rovers FC Ground Control at our Oval or by downloading the form from the link below. The form should be submitted not later than 7 days from the time of the accident and ideally on the same day so as many details as possible can be accurately recorded.
