Summer Soccer – Some Options

As we head towards the end of the season, it is very important that players keep playing football also in the summer months.

Junior players would greatly benefit from playing small sided football as it could greatly improve their ball control, dribbling skills, etc. – while having lots of fun!

Seniors playing football in summer tend to maintain a level of fitness which will lessen the chances of injury when they resume playing winter football in 2018.

To facilitate your choice of competition, the Rovers committee have compiled a list of the most popular forms of summer football and a new competition starting this year. Note that some websites may NOT have been yet updated for this year’s competition.
