Your Club Needs Your Help!!!

After another successful season the club is already planning ahead for 2018 and we need some help.

We need a GEAR STEWARD to come on board for the 2018 season. The role includes ordering gear, preparing and issuing kit bags; maintaining playing shirt number database; stock management; and liaising with Football Team Wear to manage our online gear shop. Orders have been placed for 2018 season so you would be coming in with half the job done. Our former Gear Steward, Barbra Sharp, is now our Secretary so help is needed urgently. Always planning ahead the club is seeking an Assistant MiniRoo Ref Coordinator to work with our current MINIROO REFEREES COORDINATOR, Greg Quinnell, during the 2018 season with a view to take over the role in 2019.

The MiniRoo Ref Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring and monitoring our MiniRoo Refs (Game Leaders); supervising Game Leaders of a Saturday during MiniRoo games; seeking assistance from GC when necessary; generating a roster each week as the SSFA Draw becomes available; communicating effectively and efficiently with Game Leaders and their Parents/Guardians; and liaising with the Technical Director to ensure MiniRoos games are played, lead and watched with an understanding of the philosophy behind MiniRoos.

Greg is looking for someone to assist by taking over the weekly roster and communications for the 2018 season while he continues with the pre-season Game Leader start up, training and Saturday supervision with the view to stepping down at the end of 2018 season.
